Ladle Crane
1. Ladle crane is the main equipment in steel-making continuous casting process, which is mainly used for lifting and transferring liquid ladle.
2. From the perspective of overall structure, it can be divided into: double beam double rail, four beam four rail, four beam six rail and so on. The first two are generally used for medium and large tonnage casting cranes, and the third is generally used for large tonnage casting cranes.
3. The ladle crane designed and manufactured by our company are characterized by advanced technology, novel structure, safety and reliability, economic durability and simple maintenance.
Features: High working level (A7); High safety requirements; Harsh working environment (-10~+60°C high temperature, high dust and harmful gas) ; Dust-proof and anti-corrosion treatment are required.

Product Description
Applications:Casting crane is one of the key equipments in smelting process. It is mainly used to lift molten steel tank to continuous casting ladle rotary table or to lift molten steel to fine steel furnace in refining span.
