This series of cranes meet GB/T14405-93《 general bridge crane ", meet JB/ZQ8001《 general bridge crane product quality grade "in the first class requirements ,81 years won provincial excellence ,82 won the Ministry of excellence ,91 national industry evaluation won the second place.

This series of cranes is suitable for metalworking workshop, assembly workshop, metal structure workshop, maintenance workshop and all kinds of warehouses and other occasions, and can also be used for auxiliary hoisting in metallurgical and foundry workshops. It can also be used in similar open-air situations after considering wind and rain protection requirements and improving design. This series of cranes all use three-phase 380 V、50HZ power supply, recommended to use ambient temperature of -20'℃~40' C, relative humidity <85%, altitude <1000 meters. This series of cranes has 13 standard lifting weights of 5 tons ,10 tons ,16/3.2 tons ,20/5 tons ,32/5 tons ,50/10 tons ,75/20 tons ,100/20 tons ,125/32 tons ,160/50 tons ,200/50 tons ,250/50 tons ,320/50 tons ,10.5 meters ,13.5(13) meters ,16.5(16) meters ,19.5(19) meters ,22.5(22) meters ,25.5(25) meters ,28.5(28) meters ,31.5(31) meters and other eight standard spans.

The lifting weight is expressed by fraction, such as 16/3.2 tons, which means the lifting weight of the main hook is 16 tons, and the lifting weight of the secondary hook is 3.2 tons; the lifting height is expressed by fraction, such as 16/18 meters, which means the lifting height of the main hook is 16 meters, and the lifting height of the secondary hook is 18 meters.

This series of cranes is divided into intermediate (A5), heavy (A6) two basic work levels according to the heavy degree of use, and can also be designed and manufactured according to light or overweight grade if necessary.

Intermediate level of work (A5);25% power-on duration JC= motor for less frequent use, such as machining workshop, assembly workshop, etc.。

level of work (A6); the power-on duration of the motor JC=40%, used in more frequent use occasions, such as metallurgical workshop, foundry workshop auxiliary hoisting, etc.

The crane with heavy working level, its trolley running mechanism and auxiliary lifting mechanism are designed according to intermediate level.
