Today's machinery industry high-skilled personnel training task is urgent

"The serious shortage of highly skilled personnel is an urgent problem to be solved in the revitalization of the machinery industry. At present, China's machinery industry is still relatively weak in equipment level, independent research and development, innovation ability and international competitiveness, and the overall level is still a certain gap compared with developed countries, one of the reasons is the serious shortage of highly skilled personnel.


Yu zhen, President of the China machinery industry federation, said on Oct. 29 that the problem has a direct impact on enterprises' scientific research innovation and the quality and level of mechanical equipment.


Nowadays, the cultivation of highly skilled personnel has become an important part of enterprise strategy. Reporters noted that the outstanding high-skilled personnel in the enterprise, all have a good talent training strategy and mechanism. To some extent, the competition between enterprises has become the competition of talents. It has become an urgent task personnel to meet the needs of enterprises has become an urgent task for the industry.


Jia Chengbing, vice president of China Machinery Industry Federation, put forward a request for talent training of enterprises. He said that enterprises as the main position to train high-skilled personnel, should be combined with the needs of enterprise production development and technological innovation to formulate high-skilled personnel training plan, and into the overall plan for enterprise development. At the same time, we should establish and perfect the staff training system and incentive mechanism according to law, so as to institutionalize the training of highly skilled personnel. Attention should also be paid to promoting the cultivation of highly skilled personnel through technological innovation activities.


According to the "11th Five-Year Plan for the Construction and Revitalization of High-skilled Personnel in the Mechanical Industry "formulated by the China Machinery Industry Federation, during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, the machinery industry will strive to use about five years to establish a skilled personnel team with intermediate technicians as the main body, senior technicians as the backbone, technicians and senior technicians as the high-level talents.

 

The recognition conference is a review of the construction of high-skilled personnel in the machinery industry. A total of 45 masters of mechanical industry skills ,264 outstanding mechanical industry contribution technicians ,390 mechanical industry technical experts and 76 mechanical industry high-skilled personnel team building advanced collective.
