Dalian Heavy Industry Development of the world's largest 20,000-ton bridge crane
Dalian Heavy Industry · Lifting Group Co., Ltd. and Yantai Laifu Shi Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. jointly held in Yantai 20,000 tons of bridge crane project completion and launch ceremony.
The 20,000-ton bridge crane is the largest and most difficult lifting equipment in the world. It has a maximum lifting weight of 20160 tons, a span of 125 meters and a lifting height of 113 meters. Since the signing of the equipment contract in July 2006, Dalian Heavy Industry · Lifting Group has organized engineering and technical personnel to carry out technical key problems, successively solved 18 core technical topics, such as lifting moment balance at multiple lifting points and synchronous control of multiple lifting mechanisms, overcome many difficulties in manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and provided users with excellent engineering and satisfactory services, from signing contracts, to design and manufacturing, to installation and commissioning, to turnkey, which took only 20 months before and after. As a result, the equipment was rated as a new record major innovation project for Chinese enterprises.
The successful implementation of the project will eventually change the traditional construction methods of offshore drilling platforms, and achieve all the subsection construction and equipment installation are completed on the flat ground, and then a lifting, which will have a significant impact on China and even the world marine engineering construction field.
