China Heavy Machinery Industry Association 6th 4th Member Congress and Council Held

China Heavy Machinery Industry Association of the six fourth member Congress and Council held in Beijing on May 12,2015. The meeting was attended by 183 representatives of 143 units, including representatives of Council units, members, branch secretaries and guest representatives. Sun Changji, former vice minister of machinery industry, Jing Xiaobo, deputy director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Yang Xuetong, vice president of China Machinery Industry Federation, attended the meeting. The relevant leaders of the Special Equipment Bureau of the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and the State Trademark Office were also invited to attend the meeting.

This conference is to carry out the spirit of the third and fourth Plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Central Economic work Conference, the National "two sessions ", analyze the situation and sum up the work; under the new normal state of economic development, promote the work of" transformation and upgrading, integration of the two, energy conservation and emission reduction "in the heavy machinery industry; and arrange an important meeting to formulate the 13th Five-Year Plan and other related work. The meeting was first addressed by the Chairman of the 6th Council, Comrade Yang Jianhui. In the speech, analyzed the development situation of heavy machinery industry, put forward the work goal and request to the association work. Standing Vice Chairman Comrade Li Jing on behalf of the 6th Council at the meeting to do "in the new normal to create a new space for industry development" work report. The report first reviews the development of heavy machinery industry in the past year, analyzes the main characteristics of the industry development in 2014, reviews the industry in the past year around the "transformation and upgrading, integration, energy conservation and emission reduction" development line, continuous innovation drive, actively explore the achievements in the transformation of growth mode, and analyze the situation, favorable factors and unfavorable factors faced by the industry in 2015, and puts forward some opinions on creating a new space for the development of heavy machinery under the new normal.

In the critical period of continuous decline in the growth rate of heavy machinery industry, the association will make great efforts to study the new environment of the industry development, pay close attention to the trend of the industry, focus on the new changes in the market, study the new needs of users, focus on the main line of "transformation and upgrading, integration, energy conservation and emission reduction and emission reduction" industry development, emancipate the mind, break the routine, open up innovation, for the heavy machinery industry sustainable, healthy development, create new development space under the new normal to make unremitting efforts.
