2009 Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meeting

The fourth second board meeting of Shandong Lifting Machinery Factory Co., Ltd., the 2009 general meeting of shareholders was held on March 14,2009 in the conference room of Shandong Lifting Machinery Factory Co., Ltd., the chairman of the company Xu Xinmin presided over the meeting, general manager Zhou Sichen for the 2008 work report, financial director GE Hong for the financial work report. The meeting shall be attended by 42 shareholders and 36 actual shareholders. Members of the board of directors and board of supervisors of the company shall attend the meeting. After voting, the Meeting considered and adopted the Work Report for the Year 2008, the Financial Accounts Programme for the Year 2008, the Financial Budget Programme for the Year 2009 and the Profit Distribution Programme for the Year 2008.
