The third is to seriously sum up the problems and weak links found by everyone after this visit and study, focus on implementation, ideological change, attitude change, attitude change, behavior change, only serious implementation can achieve our purpose. We can not be thinkers, theorists, we must be practitioners. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the strength of technology development, to strengthen our company's development stamina through new technology development, if we lose the support of technology, our development will become a rootless tree, no source of water, can not achieve sustainable. Sixth, to improve the mental state of all staff, depressed mental state is impossible to promote development, we should build a stronger corporate culture, build up the firm confidence to win.  Seven is to correctly understand the service problem, as an enterprise is to make a contribution to the society, while we are also serving this society, this is a big aspect, specifically to our work is to do a good job of customer service, service to win the market, consolidate the market, this is our company's top priority, at the same time to do a good job of internal services, departments to serve production, production to serve sales, sales to serve the market. Eighth, it is necessary to speed up the pace of technological transformation, to actively promote technological innovation and technological revolution on the basis of existing equipment, to start from a small to a small revolution, to create a platform for learning new technologies and promoting new technologies, and to formulate incentives for technological innovation and technological revolution, so that contributions can be effectively rewarded.
