The company was registered by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce on December 31,2009 to change the name of the enterprise from the original "Shandong lifting Machinery Factory Co., Ltd." to" Shanqi heavy Machinery Co., Ltd." and will hold a grand celebration ceremony on January 23,2010.
