Construction Project Name: Shanqi Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. produces 25000 tons of bridge gantry crane and technical center reconstruction and extension project

Abstract: The extension project is located in the existing site of 2198 Zhaode North Road, Qingzhou Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 240 million yuan and a construction area of about 38000 m2.. Production scale for the annual production of bridge gantry crane 25000 tons. The project is in line with the requirements of the national industrial policy, and the location is also in line with the requirements of the overall urban planning and land use planning.

Possible environmental impacts of construction projects

1. wastewater: the wastewater produced by the expansion project includes production wastewater and domestic sewage. t/d、5952t/a.19.8 total wastewater production All the waste water produced by the extension project is discharged into Qingzhou Development Zone Qingyuan sewage purification Co., Ltd. through municipal sewage pipe network to meet the standard of centralized treatment and then discharged into the Maojin River, into the Beiyang River, and finally into the Xiaoqing River and then into the sea.

3. noise: the main noise source of the expansion project is all kinds of lathe, cutting machine, grinder and other production equipment. The source strength is about 85~100 dB, and the corresponding single room arrangement, vibration reduction, silencing, sound insulation and other measures are taken.

4. solid waste: the solid waste generated by the expansion project is mainly domestic waste and production waste. To adopt measures of classified collection and management, all domestic waste is transported by the environmental health department to the waste disposal site for landfill treatment. The production waste includes general industrial waste and hazardous waste, in which the general industrial solid waste is collected and sold to the recycling company for recycling, and the hazardous waste is entrusted to the Qingdao Xintiandi solid waste comprehensive disposal Co., Ltd with the qualification for disposal. Solid waste has little impact on the surrounding environment.

The pollution prevention and control measures of the extension project can meet the requirements of the discharge standard and the total quantity control, and the project also meets the requirements of the national industrial policy, the overall urban development plan, the clean production and so on, and the location is reasonable.
